What's up with this footage ? If its fake then its a heck of job by someone, especially in reviewing the lighting in respect of the skyline, the trees,river and the highway. Over a million hits so far, comments have been disabled.
I'll have to make an effort and bring up Jacque Valee in a future post. Vallée has suggested a multidimensional visitation hypothesis where he believes extraterrestrials could be potentially from anywhere. The ET's could be multidimensional beyond space-time and thus could coexist with humans, yet remain undetected.

#39 Alien Skull ?
A strange mummified skull found in Peru is baffling anthropologists. According to Renato Davila Riquelme of the Privado Ritos Andinos museum in Cusco, three experts who have investigated the remains conclude that it is 'not a human being.'
