For the meaning of life differs from man to man, from day to day and from hour to hour. What matters, therefore, is not the meaning of life in general but rather the specific meaning of a person's life at a given moment.
Viktor Frankl (1905 - 1997)
Check out Frankl's book from 1946 : Man's Search For Meaning.
Not much more to say and living in the moment is one of the most difficult things a person can do. Watch young children however as they are really good at it. Most adults continue to search for happiness (I'll talk about that probably around blog #48) but I heard recently that you should go back in time to when you were around 8 years of age; what made you happy back then is what you should be pursuing in your adult years.
We're all searching madly on the outside but everything is already within. That one is for you JR.
